That’s 6M paying customer, in the same league as WoW, despite much smaller developer budget. The only gameplay is going to the field and battle enemy tanks, head on. PvP games are killed by the “PvP spiral”: World of Tanks is probably the only game out there that is not affected by it. Of course the developers can tinker with the matchmaking system to give both teams equally strong players as opposed to tanks , so the bad ones are carried by good ones. However it’s just annoying but not a fix:
Early history — Attendees of the Space Invaders Championships attempt to set the highest score The earliest known video game competition took place on 19 October at Stanford University for the game Spacewar. Stanford students were invited to an “Intergalactic spacewar olympics” whose grand prize was a year’s subscription for Rolling Stone , with Bruce Baumgart winning the five-man-free-for-all tournament and Tovar and Robert E.
Maas winning the Team Competition.
Another common fail platoon setup is having three tanks of the same tier with one being a scout, which effectively gets the next higher tier of matchmaking and thus can drag the other two tanks up.
Impressive, some improvements should be made. Super fun, great strategy involved, however there are some very rude players that cant handle defeat. Also, the matchmaking system often makes teams quite unfair, making one team almost guaranteed to win, while the other has almost no chance to win. Overall, the graphics are pretty good for a mobile game, and over time they are very much improving.
I really like how the graphics are adjustable so that even weaker devices can handle this game. Since this game has started, the amount of available tanks has increased by a HUGE amount, and some balances and improvements have been made to tanks to make this game fair. A lot of people complain about the kv tank lines being too powerful, however they are balanced out by being quite slow, and their fire rates are slow, along with several weak spots that can be hit from the front.
And some use of strategy helps to take out tough tanks too.

Is this tank worth the gold to buy it? This World of Tanks T26E4 Super Pershing tank guide will explain the pros and cons of the T26E4 as well as giving some basic tactical advance on how to drive one. For a full weak spot guide check out this guide which goes over the entire armor set up of the Super Pershing. The weak spot guide linked earlier will help you find out the correct amount of angling you should be doing. Your main weak spots that people aim for are the top commander hatches and the machine gun port in the hull.
In most situations it is best to stick at mid range with your hull slightly angled and your turret front pointing directly at your enemy.

You can simply “save” money and wasting Free XP by planning the tank purchases for owning 5 of each country accordingly.

I discuss the importance of flexing to prevent a flank from collapsing and the arguments against capping too early instead of pressing an advantage. Holding the high ground provides the following benefits: T Unicum Guide, Contributing as Bottom Tier I discuss how to meaningfully contribute as a bottom-tier medium tank, with footage from a tier 10 Serene Coast battle in my T That said, even with a low penetration gun, by carefully watching the minimap and being opportunistic, I was able to make a solid contribution.
Additional Comments props to the STB-1 driver ahmechanic2 who played very well throughout the battle at 4:
World of Tanks Tier List for Tier 6 Strongholds by uMadTown Lately I’ve been doing quite a bit of tier 6 strongholds and encountering a lot of teams that seem to have no idea what they’re doing.
World of Tanks sits at the intersection between arcade and simulation. A lot of the heavy lifting is done by the obsessive graphics and audio engineers, whose work is newly highlighted in this 1. World of Tanks is a lot more restrained than the bombastic trailers full of tanks smashing into each other and blowing up suggests. Later, medium and heavy tanks start to appear, along with predatory tank destroyers, and battles start to become more complex as a greater number of strategies become viable.
Each class has different priorities. Light tanks dash around, scouting and spotting enemies, helping out SPGs in particular, but also the entire team. Tank destroyers prowl the map like deadly hunters, looking for heavily-armoured foes to demolish. There are beefy tank destroyers designed to square up to their quarry, head on, the tank of tanks, but there are also tank destroyers that are better off attacking from long-range, preferably near bushes they can hide in.
Playing a support role, then, can be simultaneously rewarding and dispiriting.

Premium tanks also benefit from a combat experience multiplier. This multiplier decreases linearly as the tanks’ tiers increase; a tier II premium will gain a 70% bonus XP, whereas a tier VIII premium will only get 10% bonus XP. Tier X tanks receive 5%. The performance of premium tanks varies greatly from tank to .
The player has control over the vehicle’s movement, firing, and can communicate with allied players through typed or voice chat. A simple random match is won either by destroying all vehicles on the opposing team or capturing the opposing team’s base. There are other game modes that change the rules of the battle, but gameplay mechanics remain the same.
World of Tanks contains multiple game mechanics such as camouflage, shell ricochets, and module damage. Game modes The players in World of Tanks can choose six primary types of battles: Within random battles, players can also participate in platoons, groups of two to three players who are put into the same team. There are also missions to be completed in the game modes for varying amounts of rewards.
Vehicle types The vehicles are modeled to closely resemble their counterparts in real life, however certain parameters have been simplified or modified to fit game mechanics, and better gameplay. There are also few main battle tanks in the game, listed as TDs or HTs. Each nation has at least one line of vehicles starting at tier I to tier X, players progress by playing games in vehicles in that line.
All vehicles are fully tracked with exception for several vehicles used only for special events, and cover the eras from World War I i.

The Tiger II has passable armor for a tier 8 heavy tank since almost the bulk of its armor is concentrated on the upper glacis and turret front. Other areas suffer from the armor being concentrated in two main locations as the other areas are relatively weak for a tier 8 heavy tank, especially on the sides and rear.
Fortunately for the Tiger II it has decent gun depression allowing it to hide its lower glacis and making it difficult for many tier 8 and under tanks that it faces to penetrate it reliably.
World of Tanks – FCM 50t Tier 8 Premium Heavy Tank. US. the american till gets horid matchmaking at tier 5. and the reason i keep 20 rounds premiumis becuase the gun i have, can not penetrate the weakspots of a top tier heavy, and i usually go spotting for our arty and specifically hunt their top tiers. usually lets us win if i live long.
Whether vehicles are stock or fully researched, how they are equipped, nor crew skill is taken into account by the match-maker. Vehicle Tier Vehicle tier is not taken into consideration when balancing teams. This is a common misconception among players. For example, under the current rules a tier 8 medium can be matched against a tier 7 heavy tank. The only relevance of vehicle tier is to determine the battle tier. However, the top tanks of each team have the same vehicle tier due to the current balancing rules.
The vehicle tier should be taken into consideration as it reflects a preordained operating range of a vehicle also known as classification. The range of each tier gradually increases with technology and tiers can overlap. If you are in a platoon, the entire platoon is placed into battles according to the platoon member in the vehicle with the highest battle tier.
This can produce unwanted results in particular for new players at the lower tiers. For example, a tier 4 scout can enter battles up to tier 7, whereas a tier 4 medium tank on its own can only join battles up to tier 6. If these platoon together, the scout will pull the other tank up into its battle tier, where the other tank will usually be hopelessly outclassed.
The same thing happens when a tank with preferential match making is platooning with a normal tank. Please take this into account when forming platoons.
Updated What is the Sandbox? Your participation will help us gather feedback on possible changes, and you’ll have more opportunities to influence development moving forward! You could always do the Frontline mode. That way you’ll always top tier Too bad it’s not staying Warhammer , on 18 May – I would rather not stress about it, and honestly Idc what my winrate is, but people keep on sending me harassing messages and other hate messages because of my winrate I think you might be a bit mistaken, people won’t bug you for your win rate, people will bug you for your performance in game. After battle they’ll check your profile, see your win rate, then use it as ammo to tell you that you are bad.
Increasing WN8 won’t fix this issue either because people will look at your abnormally high WN8 and compare it to your low win rate and just call you a chai sniper or damage farmer. The only way to stop any kind of comments towards your play is to actually just play better. If you don’t play badly in a game then they don’t have a reason to check your WR or message you. If you want help playing better we’d be more than happy to help.
I for one can suggest that you need to start reading the mini map more and learning how to adapt to the flow of a battle. Don’t always go to one place, go where you are needed depending on where your team is moving to. Don’t isolate yourself, stay around the team even if they go to a stupid part of the map- this will help you stay in the game for longer and will allow you to do more damage and potentially come out with a win.
Tweet World of Tanks has been one of the biggest free-to-play games in the world since its release on a Russian server, and subsequent inauguration throughout Europe and North America. It remains a juggernaut of gaming today, even if the past two years have been less than kind. The current situation for World of Tanks is not all bad. Player numbers in the Russian Cluster are huge and the game has a healthy following in all other regions, including the EU.
However, growth has stagnated, and some regions have even shown declining numbers. The Tutorial problem The first major issue, which applies mainly to new gamers, is the lack of an in-depth tutorial.
Special mention is given to the II Ausf. J. This extremely rare Premium has 80mm of armour up front and 50mm on the sides. Little will dent it, even against Tier IV tanks, and at Tier V it’s effective against a large number of opponents.
I have no idea where to start. Umm, first off this may have a age requirement for 13 and up but u need to be at least over 16 or 17 to play this cause the amount of profanity being said in the ingame chat is unbareable. Ok so u get either of these tanks and plus a week of prem time and on top of since ur a new player to World of Tanks, Wargaming has made it to where u get 15 or more days of FREE prem time hence the free to play.
But its pay to win. Now if ur like me and u get mad at ur teams and end up sells ur high tier tanks for low ones and u dont have any credits for any high tiers then ur screwed if u dont hav at least a tier 8 prem. And last thing as an experienceed player with over 10k battles under his belt do not expect a whole alot from ur teams. Tier 1 to tier 4 r seal clubbers who take advantage of new players and just as their name says “seal clubbers” is the same as a poacher killing a baby seal just for the sport of it.
Now the mid tiers r kinds alright tier 5 to tier 7 u wont run into as much ppl spamming gold at u as much as the high tiers and low tiers. Now tier 8 to tier 10 and probably even above tier 10, u will come to face those seal clubbers once again but this time they will be in thier clan wars prem tier 10 tanks also spamming gold. So all in all if ur new to this game i wouldn’t recomend u play it.
